15-YEAR ENHANCED LIMITED WARRANTY

LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE
GMC Roofing and Building Paper Products, Inc. (“GMC”) warrants solely to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) that GMCraft Asphalt Saturated Building Paper (the “Product”), when installed as a water-resistive barrier in standard vertical sidewall applications, will perform to published technical specifications for fifteen (15) years from purchase.
CONDITIONS & EXCLUSIONS
Coverage requires strict installation per GMC’s published instructions, building codes, and industry standards, or engineering details if standard guidelines are unavailable. This warranty excludes failure or damage from improper storage, pre-installation damage, misuse, structural movement, or use of incompatible products. If installation fails to qualify for this 15-Year Enhanced Warranty, GMC’s standard express warranty applies.
SOLE REMEDY & CLAIMS
For valid claims caused solely by a manufacturing defect, GMC’s sole obligation is paying reasonable labor and material costs to repair the failure. Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovery with proof of purchase. GMC reserves the right to inspect the site.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL GMC BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. GMC’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED REPAIR COSTS OF THE AFFECTED AREA.
